Malcolm’s name, likeness, image, voice, and identity are protected under applicable law. Except where a party holds valid, existing legal authorization, no individual or organization is authorized at this time to use his name, likeness, image, voice, or identity for events, tributes, awards, fundraisers, memorials, or any commercial or promotional activities without proper legal authority.
This includes, without limitation, any use connected to ticket sales, fundraising, marketing, advertising, or promotion, whether or not a family member is present or referenced. Any questions regarding authorization should be deferred at this time.
We ask for understanding and respect, as we continue navigating profound grief and the responsibility of preserving Malcolm’s legacy with the care and dignity it deserves.
